Safety
Safety is our highest priority. Our goal is to have zero fatalities and no incidents that cause harm to our people and the people we work with. To prevent accidents, we manage safety in a systematic way and are introducing simpler and clearer requirements that are easier for people to understand and follow.
To manage the impact of our site work and projects on the environment and society we have a comprehensive set of business principles and rigorous standards covering health, safety, security, and the environment (HSSE). Our business principles provide high-level guidance and the Commitment and Policy on HSSE reflects our aims on how we operate and involve the parties involved close to our site work.
We audit our businesses and seek assurance that HSSE requirements have been implemented and are effective. The heads of our businesses and functions are required to report to the Chief Executive at the end of each year on how they have applied our business principles and standards, and the effectiveness of the controls in place.

KPS’s support team is comprised of dedicated, experienced product and measurement application specialists dedicated to providing responsive Product Support, Training, Field Service and Consulting services oriented toward your specific needs and goals.
Training is an integral component of the cost of ownership of any system supplied by KPS. At a component level, knowledge of a system’s installation, operation and maintenance is essential for maintaining performance.

Field services
Start-up assistance, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and consulting are an integral part of KPS supplying your system. KPS has a group of qualified and experienced service engineers to support customers for analyzers and analyzer systems supplied around the world.
